Phil from Echo Studios have designed us a website that is simple and easy to use. It definitely helps us stand out. The turnaround time that everything went live was very quick. I would have no hesitation recommending Echo Studios to other small businesses.

Why Echo

The person scoping the work is the person building it. The website, follow-up and tracking are designed together, so the path from the first visit to the booked call does not disappear between suppliers.

Before you book

What happens on the call?

We look at where the business is now, what is getting in the way and whether a website, brand or connected system is the right next move.

Do I need a finished brief?

No. Bring the problem as you understand it. The first job is working out what actually needs to be built.

What if it is not a fit?

We will say so on the call and point you toward the clearest next step we can see.

The project

Scenic Rim Retaining Wall Builders is Jake and Brittany Spriggs, a family business working across the Scenic Rim, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Jake quotes and builds each wall. Brittany handles the first conversation and runs the office. The website needed to feel just as direct.

The design starts with the work itself: steep blocks, failed walls, drainage, access and the finished concrete sleeper systems. Project pages show real sites. Service and area pages answer the practical questions around each job, while the journal explains details that are usually buried inside a quote.

A staged enquiry flow saves the first contact details before asking about the wall, the block and access. That gives Brittany a useful starting point even when someone does not finish every question, and it gives Jake more context before he measures the site.

The website is one part of what Echo runs for them. We also run their Meta ads, the CRM and the follow-up workflows behind each enquiry, their Google Business Profile, and their Facebook and Instagram pages. Their Google Ads campaign is built and ready to launch.

The thinking behind the build

Make the structure behind the wall visible.

A homeowner sees the finished sleepers. The website explains the drainage, footings, access and site decisions underneath them, then carries the useful details into the first conversation.

  1. Step 01

Begin with the wall and the place

Service, application and area pages give a homeowner a relevant starting point. A failed boundary wall and a steep new cut are different jobs, even when both finish with concrete sleepers.

  2. Step 02

Explain what the finished wall hides

Drainage, footing depth and access are difficult to judge from a finished photograph. The website puts those details beside real projects and practical articles so quotes can be compared on more than appearance.

  3. Step 03

Collect the site context in stages

The quote flow saves the initial contact, then asks about the wall, approximate dimensions, access and supporting photographs. Brittany receives a clearer starting point without making every visitor complete a long form at once.

  4. Step 04

Connect the response to the original request

The CRM keeps the enquiry details together for follow-up. Website events show where someone reached in the flow, while the business record establishes whether the wall was measured, quoted and built.

Under the hood

The main website is built with Next.js and Payload, with editor-controlled pages, projects, reviews and service content. The enquiry flow connects to the CRM in stages and keeps the browser and server tracking events aligned. Static caching is revalidated when content is published, so public pages stay fast without timed refreshes.

The website shows what holds a wall up, who will build it and what the next conversation needs. The system behind it carries that clarity into the enquiry.
