Studio who?
A Melbourne studio run by the people who do the work, for businesses that want to be chosen on trust rather than price, remembered after the visit, and run on something better than a phone and a memory.

Why we do this
We work for businesses that are good at what they do, and as time goes on it's clearer that can't be said of everyone. The people we want are the ones who know their work is good and want the way they're presented online to say so, plainly enough that the customers who care about quality find them and trust them before the first call. For a bigger business the job is the same with the stakes turned up: a reputation made solid, an experience people remember, and a better chance in the room where a tender is decided because your name already meant something before you walked in.
Small on purpose
No layers, no middlemen. The person scoping your project is the person building it and the person you call when something needs changing. Staying small is what keeps the work quick and the answers direct.
Systems, not just sites
A website that looks good and loses enquiries is an expensive brochure. Every build ships with the machine underneath it: the enquiry caught and answered, the follow-up, the review request at the end, and the tracking that shows which channel produced a booked job rather than guessing. Where the business needs it, that machine reaches inside too, down to the tools a crew or a driver uses to keep a job moving and the customer informed.
Built to be found in 2026
Search is not only ten blue links any more. Structured content, schema and entity consistency are how a business ends up cited when someone asks an AI tool instead of typing into Google. That is built in by default, not sold as an upgrade.
Are you a fit?
- You want to work directly with the people making the thing.
- You would rather see something concrete early than sit through a discovery deck.
- You care about craft and want a site that feels considered.
- You want a website your own team can actually maintain.
- You want to be found when someone asks ChatGPT instead of Google.
- You value a long relationship over a one-off project.
Who is Echo Studios?
A small Melbourne studio building brands people trust, websites people remember, and the systems underneath them, for Australian businesses. You deal with the people doing the work, not an account manager between you and them.
What does Echo Studios do?
Website design and build on Next.js, technical and content SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile, Google and Meta advertising, and the CRM and automation layer underneath it all, which catches every enquiry, keeps the job moving and asks for the review at the end.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly trades and service businesses turning over enough to reinvest: electricians, painters, roofers, carpenters, towing, cleaning, property maintenance, automotive. The common thread is a business where a booked job is worth real money and a missed call costs it.
What makes you different from an agency?
Scale, deliberately. No layers, no handover to a junior after the pitch. Everything is custom-built rather than assembled from a template, and the systems that carry an enquiry through to a finished job are part of the build rather than something sold to you afterwards.
