The project

The new main website brings roof painting and restoration into a single, practical service story. Real job imagery and before-and-after examples help someone understand the work before they ask for a quote.

The quote flow collects the details in stages, including information about the roof and supporting photographs. The build is awaiting its domain launch, so this is a look at the experience and the thinking behind it, rather than a claim about live results.

The thinking behind the build

A roof quote that builds the picture in stages.

McDonald’s new main website brings roof services, local information and real jobs into a staged quote journey. It is awaiting its domain launch, so the discovery and review below describe the launch setup and intended customer path.

  1. Step 01

    Answer the local roof question

Service and area pages are prepared for organic discovery after launch. Restoration, painting, colour and process information help a homeowner understand the work before requesting a quote. This build is not presented as an active paid campaign.

  2. Step 02

Use real roofs to make the decision tangible

The project imagery gives homeowners a way to compare the starting condition and finished result. It supports the practical service explanations with actual roof work, helping someone describe the result they are considering.

  3. Step 03

Save the introduction, then ask about the roof

The first stage collects and saves contact details. The next asks about the work, roof material and storeys. The final stage adds the address, further details and optional photographs. Breaking that into smaller decisions makes the request more manageable on a phone.

    Why the early save matters

Saving the initial contact creates a record before the longer roof brief is complete. The completed request updates that enquiry with the job details. Phone photographs are prepared for upload in the browser, helping homeowners share the roof they are asking about.

  4. Step 04

    Prepare a useful quoting conversation

The completed flow brings the contact, roof information and uploaded photographs into the enquiry handoff. That gives the response a practical starting point while leaving inspection and the final quote to the business.

    The first review after launch

Compare initial contacts with completed quote requests, then examine where people need help and whether the supplied details are useful. A shorter form is only an improvement if the business can still respond effectively.

Pre-launch project. Customer behaviour and enquiry outcomes will be reviewed after the domain goes live.

Under the hood

Service content, project imagery and a staged quote flow are connected in the main website build. The enquiry workflow is designed to carry the details into the next conversation. Post-launch review will help establish how people use it and where they need more guidance.

The next step is launch, then learning from actual enquiries. A clear starting point makes those decisions easier to make.
