The Challenge

Blinds & Tint Co had quality installation work but no way to showcase it professionally online. With no website, no CRM, and no booking system, they were relying entirely on word of mouth and social media to generate business.

Dany needed a complete digital foundation: somewhere to send potential customers, a system to manage leads, and a way to display the quality of his installations that would sell the work for itself.

The Solution

We built two separate digital assets that serve different purposes. A gallery-driven Next.js website that puts installation work front and centre, designed for browsing, building trust, and showcasing the portfolio. Plus a dedicated high-converting landing page optimised for ad traffic and direct enquiries, with a single CTA and minimal distractions to convert cold traffic into booked consultations.

Both are paired with a CRM and booking system that captures and nurtures every lead automatically. The entire system was built with minimal involvement from Dany. He described the scope and we executed.

Phase 1: Website Design & Development

Built a gallery-driven website on Next.js with Tailwind CSS, designed to showcase Blinds & Tint Co's installation work front and centre. Dynamic photo galleries allow the client to upload new installations with descriptions, keeping the site fresh and building an ever-growing portfolio.

Phase 2: CRM & Automation

Implemented a complete CRM system with lead capture forms, automated follow-up sequences, and booking calendar integration. Every enquiry is captured and nurtured automatically: speed-to-lead notifications, missed call text-back, and structured follow-up.

Configured GoDaddy domain and professional business email to establish credibility and brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Phase 4: Gallery & Content System

Built a dynamic gallery system that the client can update with new installation photos and descriptions. Each project showcases the quality of work and serves as social proof for potential customers browsing the site.
