James at Top End Automotive came to us with a clear vision for his Croydon South workshop's online presence. Serving both daily commuters and performance car enthusiasts, he needed a website that would make it easy for his clients to book services and learn about his team's expertise. The goal was simple: translate the workshop's reputation for quality servicing and performance upgrades into a user-friendly digital experience that wouldn't intimidate everyday drivers.
Sitting down with James in his workshop, we got to understand what makes Top End Automotive tick. His clientele ranges from Toyota drivers needing reliable servicing to modified car enthusiasts seeking performance upgrades. The key insight was that while his expertise spans both everyday maintenance and performance work, the current word-of-mouth marketing wasn't reaching enough local drivers. We needed to showcase this dual expertise while keeping the message welcoming and straightforward. Further to this, James also wanted Echo CRM capabilities to drive lead capture, nurture and automated follow up so we could both qualify leads and capture first time customers.
